EXT. HUCKLEBERRY COLORADO HOTEL - DAY
SEAN, TRACY, and MARILYN walk into a very luxurious hotel. Sean carries as many bags as he can, Tracy walks in looking at her nails. The ceilings are high, there are chandeliers and lots of guests, the lobby is seen in the distance. SEAN (exhausted) Tracy, do you think you could help me with some of these bags? TRACY I’m not a maid, Sean. wife.
SEAN Exactly, so do you think you can give me a hand here? TRACY Alright. But you owe me. she takes some luggage from him. SEAN (sitting bags down at front desk) Thank you, Tracy. I’m sure it almost broke your back, carrying what whole suitcase all by yourself. TRACY (to Marilyn) Marilyn! Did you call the ski lodge ahead of time for the lessons like I told you to? SEAN (to Marilyn) Shit, I hope she did MARILYN (pulling out a brochure) Thank you, for your concern dumb and dumber but, yes I did schedule us a time for our lessons. SEAN Well lets go to the room and unpack all this stuff. MARILYN Tracy, i’m so glad I got to come on this trip with you and spend some quality cousin time you know?
2. TRACY Yea, its about time we finally hung out (extends arms for hug). MARILYN (Excited) Soooo, whats new with you and Sean? TRACY Nothing, I don’t think we’re going to get very far. He’s still being his same old self, never going to change MARILYN Really? I think Sean is a great guy you should give him a chance. TRACY Since when do you like Sean so much? MARILYN I always thought he was cool, you’ve just been dogging him so long that you can’t see any of his good qualities. Sean enters the room. TRACY (Somewhat offended, looking at Sean) Sean! Do you think I should treat you better? don’t we always have fun? Marlilyn talking bout’ I don’t give you a chance SEAN (Looking disappointed at Marilyn) Of course you treat me good babe, I don’t know why Marilyn would go off and say something crazy like that (grimacing at Marilyn) TRACY (Nasty) Yea, that’s what the fuck I said! MARILYN I’m sorry, I didn’t mean it, you two have been together for a while now, I guess the two of you would have been and broken up if you didn’t love each other (CONTINUED)
TRACY Yes, and now that I’ve inherited my auntie’s fortune; we can redo our wedding vows and finally have the big bash I always wanted. SEAN (Smiling big) The first time we got married was so great I can’t wait to renew our vows; you’ve made me the happiest man in the world baby. TRACY (Sarcastically) Mmmhmmm and I bet that money is going to help you stay that way aint it? SEAN (very seriously) You know it’s not even about that TRACY Yea, yea, whatever, anyway, what’s on the agenda for tonight?
