Unlike the e-packet posted on the city's website, a searchable (and properly orientated) e-packet is what I would characterize as promoting transparency. Here is the link to the Searchable E-Packet(warrenlife.info currently undergoing a server upgrade although videos are still available): http://www.mediafire.com/file/pkeo7x4kmpt2ltk/25%20October%202011% 20e-packet%20scanned.pdf Also, as the backup regarding Tomasz Bania's FOIA appeals did not make it in time for inclusion to the e-packet, it is provided below: http://www.mediafire.com/file/oefehc22rx8p0we/Tomasz%20Bania%20FOI A%20Appeals%20102511.pdf Here is the Agenda: Quote 1 CALL TO ORDER 2 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3 ROLL CALL 4 ADOPTION OF THE "CONSENT AGENDA" 5 ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA 6 APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES of the Regular Meeting of October 11, 2011. 7 APPROVAL OF THE BILLS 8 BUDGET EXPENDITURE REPORT 9 ANNOUNCEMENTS 10 PUBLIC HEARING: Appeal of Determination of Nuisance at 20827 Gentner (vacant, one-story vinyl house with concrete slab, shed, fences, gates, and miscellaneous debris) and CONSIDERATION AND ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION. 11 PUBLIC HEARING: Appeal of Determination of Nuisance at 12731 Georgiana (vacant, one and V story house with asbestos siding, shed and miscellaneous debris) and CONSIDERATION AND ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION. 12 PUBLIC HEARING: Appeal of Determination of Nuisance at 7020 Hudson (fire damaged, one and 1/2 story vinyl house, garage, gates at rear and northwest side of house, fence and miscellaneous debris) and
