There is an argument that a protest could be a held in a public building for a couple of hours, but if the protest continues, when does it become an offence? The damage caused and disruption to legitimate occupiers is not acceptable. If squatters/protesters managed to gain entrance and occupy Buckingham Palace, how would they be treated?
