love the music and lyrics by Nancy Simmonds for the “Scottish Deerhound Song.” Nancy sings and plays a synthesizer with the accompaniment of a synthesized French horn, which to me sounds like the bugle of a Tally Ho! Release the hounds. I was inspired to make a music video and the words of the song follow: “Morning breaks on the Highlands of Scotland, sun rises over the valleys of home. I’ll always remember the sight of the deerhound, The most perfect creature the heavens have known. I remember their magic and charm, you look in their eyes; well you gaze in their heart. A truer love I have never found, than my childhood friend the Scottish Deerhound. Deep in the mist of the forest they roam, chasing the wind till it blew them back home. Always remember their courage and speed, that summer I learned what a friend could be. I remember them standing so tall, You looked in their eyes, you gazed in their soul. A truer love I have never found, my childhood friend the Scottish Deerhound.
