Turner is leading construction on one of the most ambitious technology projects ever built, the Meta Richland Parish Data Center. Spanning more than four million square feet, this will be Metaās largest campus and a cornerstone of the companyās AI-first vision. Designed to deliver more than two gigawatts of compute capacity, the facility will power the next generation of artificial intelligence while setting new benchmarks for scale and sustainability.
What sets this project apart is the collaboration of three leading national builders working side by side on a single site. Turner is constructing the four 396 MW AI data center buildings that serve as the core of the campus. In parallel, two other contractors are delivering the network, support, utility, and campus infrastructure, including a 120 MW network building, four 90 MW support buildings, an on-site substation, full utilities, and multiple ancillary facilities..
At peak construction, more than 5,000 skilled workers will come together on one site, advancing this unprecedented $10 billion investment in technology and driving economic growth for Richland Parish.

Turner is self-performing concrete formwork, foundation preparation, slab placements, and equipment yard construction, including vapor barriers, dowel installations, and layout management.
The campus is powered by 100% clean, renewable energy, with enough new capacity added to the grid to fully match the data centerās electricity use.
To meet the aggressive schedule, three on-site ready-mix concrete plants are deployed, ensuring a reliable and flexible concrete supply.
Turner manages transportation logistics for the campus in partnership with Ryder, coordinating every step from origin to site to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
