Welcome to Los Angeles, the entertainment

capital of the world. Here, you’ll find elegant properties with breathtaking views stretching from The San Fernando Valley to the Pacific Ocean and back. On the Westside, you’ll encounter some of the wealthiest neighborhoods – Bel-Air, Holmby Hills and Beverly Hills just to name a few. Bel-Air is a lightly populated residential district founded in 1923, home to the famed Bel-Air Country Club and Hotel Bel-Air. This one-ofa-kind, 30,000 square-foot development sits on just over an acre and is being designed by Bulli Architects. Known as the Nikolai Residence, this contemporary villa and guesthouse is served by two garages and a long private driveway.

All three neighborhoods are home to some of the most well known owners with both lavish properties and breathtaking views. However, Bel-Air and Beverly Hills—both known for their sleek sophistication—are experiencing backlash against construction from the city. Bel-Air especially is facing development obstacles as large-
