This report presents the findings of quantitative study of Pennsylvania's public schoool library programs with data collected from a State Board of Education study and the 2011 PSSA Reading and Writing student test scores. The research is a product of an IMLS National Leadership grant awarded to project partners-PSLA, HSLC, and the Education Law Center of Pennsylvania.
