Act For Your Wellbeing Your health and wellness needs under one roof. Adult and Child Therapy (ACT) Center is a multidisciplinary mental health care private practice offering a multitude of services for all cultures and nationalities.

After conducting a study they established this center to fulfill everything that hasn’t been provided for clients elsewhere in terms of mental wellbeing and self-development. This is the ACT philosophy and each member of the team works dedicatedly to attain that. When working with young clients, specialists have an initial session with the parents. This helps evaluate and better understand the situation. In case of learning difficulties, a handpicked educational psychologist conducts tests. Encouragement from schools plays an important part in children’s healthcare. They work with teachers from different schools as well as medical centers. However, with adults, there is still a certain amount of resistance in our society towards mental care.
