Exercising regularly with an expert ensures you reach your goals, keeps you motivated, and decreases injury risks. Over the past couple of years, the number of fitness trainers, studios, and gyms has increased significantly in Jeddah as we are becoming more aware of the importance of exercise and healthy diets.

This is by far THE most important one on the list. A fitness trainer needs to take courses from accredited organizations (e.g. The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), The American Council on Exercise (ACE), and International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA)), before being able to coach people. Other specialized courses such as CrossFit or Les Mills also provide trainers with a strong base. Donâ€™t be afraid to ask where your trainer got their certification from.
Consider your habits carefully â€“ are you willing to take a car for more than 20-30 minutes to get to your workout? Do you prefer a location within walking distance from your home? Or do you prefer working out immediately after finishing work?
Based on experience, costs can range vastly between trainers depending on their certifications, specialty, and location. Before you start searching, make sure you have a budget range in mind.
