The third and final day of La Crème de la Crème, was when all the chefs showcased their delectable desserts, using different types of chocolates. There was a chocolate cake with a hint of vanilla, light smoked vanilla mousse, chocolate sponge, and charcoal chocolate; a baked cheesecake with white chocolate mousse, topped with French cream; a two-layered cake, with coffee, cream, and chocolate ganache on the top and chocolate cake with mousse, coffee, cream and coffee ganache on the bottom, topped with praline, and coffee.
