Steven R. Bailey has been named to the senior management team of C o m mercial & Savi n g s Bank. He was appointed senior v i c e presid e n t , c h i e f operat i o n s a n d Bailey c h i e f information officer of CSB and its whollyowned subsidiary, the Commercial & Savings Bank. Bailey’s career spans more than 15 years in senior level banking positions and 15 years in senior level accounting at small and medium business entities. He holds degrees from Indiana University and Troy University, attended
the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University and is a Certified Trust & Financial Adviser. Bailey most recently held the position of regional branch administrator with First Bank of Berne in Berne, Ind. Bailey and his wife, Diane, plan to relocate to the area from Decatur, Ind. His past civic activities include serving as Ppresident of the local board of education, county campaign chairman for United Way, president of the local chamber of commerce board, and active in Rotary and Habitat for Humanity.
