These terms and conditions pertain to all website users and purchasers of any DIVYA LIVING products. No employee or other representative of DIVYA LIVING has any authority to waive these policies and only the President or Chief Executive of cer has authority to waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Clients must have a registered trade account to view pricing, receive quotes, request samples, and place orders. All new trade accounts are required to complete an account application and submit a signed, current resale certi cate. Once an account form and resale certi cate have been received and processed, correspondence indicating your account terms and identi cation number will be sent via email within approximately 48 hours.
Formal quotes by DIVYA LIVING are honored for 30 days from the date of the quote unlessotherwise speci ed. If any element of the quote is changed by DIVYA LIVING on the original quote, a new date will be noted and the honor period revised.
Reserves for in-stock carpet or area rugs will be honored for 72 hours. If the product is not purchased within this time the product will be returned into inventory.
Cuttings For approval (CFA) are available upon request for in-stock carpet. As dye lots vary it is recommended that a CFA is requested when matching is of great importance. Yarn samples for non-stocked items may be available upon request. All stated repeats are approximate.
All rugs and carpet are handmade and as such are subject to the following variations, which are not considered faults or defects:
1.Size: Being a handmade article, the size can vary by +/-3% from the size ordered.
2.Color: Products are made primarily from natural and undyed bers. Every effort is made to ensure there is minimal color variation however some natural variation should be expected and not considered a defect.
3.Fading: Placing rugs in direct and continuous sunlight will affect colorfastness. Rotate your rug to minimize damage caused by natural light.
4.Design & Construction: Due to the handmade nature of the products, minor variations in design and construction (density, thickness, etc.) may be evident. loose bers; this is a normal process. For more information refer to care and maintenance.
5.Shading: Due to changes in the pile and weave direction shading may occur and is a natural characteristic of carpets and rugs.
6.Shedding: Natural ber rugs sometimes will initially shed loose bers; this is a normal process. For more information refer to care and maintenance.
7.Pilling can occur due to traf c, moving of furniture, vacuuming,or other mechanical agitation. For more information refer to care and maintenance.
8.Pop-ups: Due to the type of some weaving, there may be short bers popping up while the rug settles. This can be trimmed or pushed through. For more information refer to care and maintenance.
DIVYA LIVING will accept orders directly through customer service or our representatives. All new trade customers are required to complete an account application with a resale certi cate before ordering.
An order of any DIVYA LIVING product offered for sale is considered rm and accepted by DIVYA Living’s written or electronic acknowledgment of acceptance after receipt, review, and receipt of partial or full payment. Before acceptance of a purchase order, DIVYA LIVING reserves the right to make changes in prices, design, construction, material, and dimensions or discontinue the product's availability. Customer placing an order after the posting of any such change shall constitute conclusive evidence of Customer acceptance of the current version of the product and terms and conditions of sale.
All orders are subject to Cash Before Delivery (CBD). A minimum deposit of 50% of the total value of the order including sales tax (if applicable) is required on out-of-stock or made-to-order items. The full balance is due upon the completion of production of items ordered inclusive of shipping, handling, insurance, and tax before the order is shipped. The customer will be invoiced for the balance due on each order before the anticipated completion of the order. Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
