Plated Menu Agreement $40.00 pp. with a maximum of 20-people for a plated à la carte menu. Price includes one welcome glass of sparkling wine per person and a holiday-themed venue.

Buffet Agreement All buffets include one welcome glass of sparkling wine per person. Service fees will be charged separately. Private dinner buffets require a minimum of 22 guests. Depending on the venue and setup, there may be an additional one-time $125.00 charge for setting up additional decorations, chairs, chair covers and linens for all events.

Bar Agreement Open Bar: There is a charge of $30 per bartender, per event. Bookings of more than 30 people will receive a free fried snack platter. Two-hour minimum required. Cash Bar: There is a $75-$150 charge (price varies by location) for setup and breakdown, plus a $30 charge per bartender, per event. A bar sheet must be signed off prior to the end of the event for billing.

Function Agreement Reservations will be finalized when the event agreement is signed and the required deposit has been paid. •

The total event cost must be paid in full three days prior to the function, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing on the contract.

Divi Flamingo Beach Resort & Casino requires a credit card on file for any additional charges and/or balances that may be incurred during the event, including any damages to the property. You will be held responsible for your guests’ behavior.

The total number of guests attending your event must be confirmed and submitted to the F&B department at least five days prior to the function. In the event that your party should fall below the confirmed number of guests less than five days prior to your function, you will still be charged for the total number of confirmed guests.

ABB tax is included in all prices. An 18% service charge is billed separately for food and beverage, and in some cases, the venue and setup fee as well.

We will provide linens, chair covers and decorations for all events. The price for the decorations is included in the setup fees. Decorations are at the hotel’s discretion.

All room rental fees will be waived if food and beverage costs total $1,000 or more.
