We do not accept cheques nor impose any booking fees. Access for all The Hall has accessible toilets on the ground floor, stair lift to the first floor for access to the Main Hall Circle and Roy Kemp Recital Room and infra red
hearing system in Main Hall. Guide/hearing dogs are welcome. Wheelchair spaces are available - if you wish to book one please tell us at the time of purchasing your tickets. Our venue has character and some seats have limited legroom. If this could detract from your comfort, please inform us when booking your tickets. Bar & refreshment facilities The Hall offers a licensed bar and tea/coffee stations. Concert gift vouchers Gift vouchers for concerts at the Central Hall only are available from our box office Terms and conditions of sale We operate a no refund policy. Ticket exchanges will only be accepted for the
same production and for the same value or higher on payment of the difference. All exchanges are subject to availability. Car parking There is an NELC car park in Duncombe Street adjacent to the venue. At the time of going to press, this is free after 6 pm. The Trust arranges for the presence of a car park attendant to coincide with concert performances.
