There are some colour references that need a white underlayer when we print on dark surfaces (Black, Dark blue, Red) in order to get the result required by the customer. • I n case the product only allows 1 imprint, the Customer Service representative will inform the customer that the final imprinted colour will be approximate. • In case the product allows an additional imprint, the Customer Service representative will offer the customer the possibility to obtain the exact colour WITH a white underlayer (at extra cost).
