S E I F Te e n s i s a n ex te n s i o n o f the financial education program developed by BCR and Disruptive Thinking in order to help Romanians adopt smart money management techniques - SEIF. Following the success of SEIF among adults, we decided to adapt the program for the needs of Romanian teenagers, providing them crucial education on how to manage dayto-day finances, as well as ideas and insights for creating and keeping a budget, keeping debt down, taking care of everyday expenses and saving up for college.
In this program, teenagers: - explore the consequences of their financial decisions - get familiar with the reasons so many people don’t save money - start planning their financial future - learn that being rich is not a matter of how much you earn, but of how much you spend and how well you look out for and invest your money
