Mme Karima KABBAJ
M. Maichane Ghoulam, que SM le Roi Mohammed VI a nommé ambassadeur en République de Guinée Equatoriale, est né le 08 Mars 1962 à Dakhla.
Mme Karima Kabbaj, que SM le Roi Mohammed VI a nommé ambassadeur en République de Hongrie, est née le 9 décembre 1967 à Rabat. Lauréate de l’ENA en 1991, Mme Kabbaj a intégré le ministère du Commerce extérieur en 1991 et a rejoint la cellule Union Européenne. Elle a rejoint les Affaires étrangères en 2002 et a intégré en 2003 le cabinet du ministre délégué en tant que chargée d’études, membre de l’équipe supervisant la négociation de l’Accord de Libre-échange Maroc-USA. Mme Kabbaj a rejoint en 2005 la Direction des Affaires Européennes où elle a occupé le poste de Chef de service, puis celui de Chef de division UE en 2009. Depuis 2012, Mme Kabbaj est coordonnateur national Maroc au sein de l’Union pour la Méditerranée (Upm) et membre des Gouverneurs de la Fondation Anna Lindh.
Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur d’Etat de l’université de Brême, Allemagne, M. Ghoulam a occupé plusieurs postes de responsabilité notamment Conseiller politique à l’Ambassade du Maroc à Berlin (2003-2004) et Consul général du Maroc à Barcelone, Espagne (2009-2013). Il a collaboré au sein du ministère des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération à l’organisation de la conférence internationale sur les céphalopodes et les pélagiques (Agadir-2001).
Mr. Maichane Ghoulam, whom His Majesty the King Mohammed VI appointed as Ambassador to the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, was born on 08 March 1962 at Dakhla. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Brême, Germany, Mr. Ghoulam has served in several positions of responsibility, notably as Policy Adviser at the Embassy of Morocco in Berlin (2003-2004) and Consul General of Morocco in Barcelona, Spain (2009-2013). He also collaborated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation towards the organization of the international conference on cephalopods and pelagic species (Agadir-2001).
Mrs Karima Kabbaj, whom His Majesty the King Mohammed VI appointed as Ambassador to the Republic of Hungary, was born on 9 December 1967 in Rabat. Madam Kabbaj graduated from the National School of Administration in 1991, joined the Ministry of Foreign Trade in 1991 and joined the European Union Unit. She joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2002 and joined the cabinet of the Minister delegate in 2003 as the Special Duties Officer, member of the team supervising the negotiations for the Morocco-USA Free Trade Agreement. In 2005, Madam Kabbaj joined the Direction of European Affairs where she served as the Head of Department, then as Head of the European Union Division in 2009. Since 2012, Madam Kabbaj has been the National Coordinator for Morocco in the Mediterranean Union (Upm) and a member of the governing board of the Anna Lindh Foundation. DIPLOMATICA 76-77 | 2017 - 53
