He took college classes on weekends at the age of 12 and also volunteered with special needs adults on Saturdays throughout high school. In his senior year of college, he earned the money needed to study in South Africa for a semester. When he was 25, he walked away from tenure as a teacher to work full-time in a health food store. In 2009, he quit the 9-5 hustle entirely and became a health coach, working with clients one-on-one and giving talks and workshops to promote more health and wellness for everyone. His passion to support others comes from his own experience transforming his eating disorder, finding a fulfilling career and coming out as transgender. He rides a fixed gear bike because it’s different and drinks about one mocha a week from his favorite place of all time, Diesel cafe in Somerville, Mass.

“When I look back on the last year of my life…my relationship with Dillan is one of the greatest aspects: he helped me find my wings and shined the mirror back at me to boost me up while challenging me to dig deeper and holding me accountable. And together, we made a plan for positive, feasible, sustainable change.” —Melanie A., New Jersey “Dillan has a very unique style and made the program feel customizable based on the goals I set in the beginning. Dillan is extremely open minded and honest as a coach, and I always felt that the coaching was geared not only at what I had identified as issues, but also with a heavy emphasis on my best-interest and self-care, even when I wasn’t the person identifying weaknesses in those areas.” —Delia D., Boston, Mass. “I am thoroughly satisfied, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically since I have started working with Dillan. It’s what we all need. The support helps me stay motivated to live the healthiest and happiest life!” —Laura S., Somerville, Mass. “Dillan was pivotal in my decision to take a different path with my career, helping me figure out my true calling as a body worker. I now have a career that makes me feel like I make a difference in peoples’ lives, just like Dillan does. Overall, I am extremely thankful for the experience I had working with Dillan, as I was given the tools to fine tune my life to where I can honestly say I’m truly happy with who and where I am.” —Tristan M., Boston, Mass.
