The sale of the property took over 2 years before it could be placed on the market due to probate and multiple legal considerations that needed to be addressed prior to placing the property on the market. In those two years, Richard was supportive in providing information to the attorney, as well as communicating information and requirements that needed to be completed to me. Once the property was cleared to be sold by the court and attorney, both Richard and Jenny had a clear marketing plan, and sold the property quickly.
