Purpose of the role: Why does this job/role exist, what value does it add? Responsible for marketing of all products and services to existing and new accounts through telephone, mobile, emails and sms. Assist after-sales services team in support lead generation and product performance feedback. Achieve periodic sales targets and lead generation targets as per goal sheet. Manage and Increase database through internet search. Response to web email enquiries. Activities: What does the jobholder have to do? 1. Undergo company induction program, product portfolio introduction, team introduction and enculturation process. 2. Obtain off-the job training from reporting manager/pre-sales. 3. Begin Calling Process with minimum on-wire calling target of 70 calls/day. Maintain Log-book as directed. 4. Market New Products, Accessories, Consumables, Modules and Spares sales to given database. 5. Leads generated in the process shall be transferred to allocated managers. 6. Support customer services team by creation of new service sales leads of accessories & consumables. 7. Support customer services team by getting product performance feedback. 8. Respond to web-sale enquiries by forwarding emails to allocated managers. 9. Increase agent, dealer, distributor, hospital, nursing home, doctor, specialist database for sales promotion activities. 10. Identify websites sharing relevant database. 11. Maintain Logbooks and Admin MIS as directed from time to time. Essential:  0-2 Years of Tele-calling-Sales/Customer Service Experince  Must have first-hand experience in B2C Sales of products or services.  Must be a go-getter and self starter. Should be

Desirable:  Should have been selling medical devices in hospitals, nursing homes and diagnostic centers through back end or operations.  Should have achieved annual sales targets with appreciation certification and referrals to support.

Qualifications: What training or qualifications are required to do the job /role? Essential:


 BSc/BA/BCom/BPharma/Diploma/Any graduate program

 Operations Professional from Hospitals dealt in purchase or sale of medical products.

Technical Competence: What are the specific skills, knowledge and abilities required of the job? Essential: Desirable:  Excellent oral and written command of English.  Should have good industry knowledge.  Strong command on Microsoft Office 2007  Should have strong networking in the healthcare Suite and Internet industry.  Should be aware about Social Networks and Business2Business Portals like TradeIndia or Indiamart.  Should have network with database companies.  Comfortable with Desktop/Laptop Operation
