Hotel Emma’s remarkable bar was beautifully renovated with creatively designed cozy spaces. The stairs above the bar recall the once active brewery and its inner workings. Try the Professor McGonagall, a delicious take on the Moscow Mule with a myriad of refreshing flavors or peruse the leather-bound drink menus to select a signature cocktail, like the Three Emmas, named after the wife and two nurses of the original founder of the Pearl brewery.
