Orders Why do I need to place a Reservation? By placing a reservation, you guarantee that the quantity and colour of regalia that you require is available for you on your specific graduation date. When should I place my order? You must place your order 2 months prior to your graduation date. This lead-time allows processing your order, confirming your order with a Graduation Agreement and making any necessary changes before shipping. What happens if I need to make changes after I have placed my order? We understand that sometimes additions and deletions are necessary after an order is placed. We try to accommodate all updates. Changes to your order will be processed up to the freeze date stated in your Graduation Agreement. Email any changes required to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax 1 866 977-0024 (please send only the additions and deletions that are required, not the entire order). When do I get invoiced? Your invoice will be mailed within 72 hours of Gaspard shipping your order. Your itemized invoice will include actual shipping charges and applicable taxes. (if your order includes less than 50 rental packages, your invoice will also reflect the return shipping charges). When do I need to return my rental items? Your rental items should be returned the next business day after your ceremony. We need to clean and repackage gowns for use at other schools. If an extension is required, please contact our Customer Service team at 1 866 949-5712 (Western Canada) or 1 866 949-5722 (Eastern Canada). How do I return my rental items? All paperwork needed to return your order is in box marked Number 1. 1. Remove all old address labels from the outside of each box. (Do not remove school address label on the inside lid of each box) 2. Pack the rental items back into the original boxes using only the number of boxes necessary. 3. Put the RENTAL RETURN PACKING SLIP inside one of the boxes. 4. Seal the boxes with a strap or tape. 5. Affix the Gaspard return address labels to each recycled box. Returning by Purolator Ground: 1. Indicate the number of boxes and total box weight (not to exceed 30 pounds per box) on the bottom of the manifest. 2. Affix one of the Purolator bar code pin numbers above the Gaspard Address Label on each BOX. 3. Keep one copy of the manifest for your records in case the shipment needs to be traced. 4. Call Purolator at 1 888 SHIP-123 (1 888 744-7123) to schedule a pick up. Returning by Canada Post: 1. Take all the packed boxes to your postal station. 2. Keep a copy of your receipt with all the tracking numbers for each box.
