In this key supporting role, Markerstudy Limited provides a full range of claims and administration services.
Claims We are proud of our claims paying record, supported by a claims service which provides policyholders with a first class experience, delivered by staff who are specifically trained to exceed expectations. We take a proactive approach to claims, participating in many leading leakage management and fraud initiatives.
Products We offer a wide variety of motor products, encompassing Private Motor (including Schemes business), Private and Public Hire, Fleet, Motorcycle, Taxi and Commercial Vehicle. Our knowledgeable personnel offer a fast and flexible approach and focus on specialist niche sectors where our expertise can add the greatest value.
Technological Investment Markerstudy Limited has put digital investment at the heart of its business strategy, focusing on new technology so that we are able to react to market changes and create accurate prices as they happen. Zenith started life in 1937 as a motor syndicate within the world renowned Lloyd’s of London and now offers nearly 80 years’ experience in the personal lines market. Using this extensive knowledge and expertise we develop new and exciting initiatives, while providing top quality customer service and support to a distribution network consisting of approximately 1,000 FCA authorised insurance intermediaries.
