They search online, increase their understanding and come to you completely armed with the knowledge and challenge you at finer points. As a marketer we have to be ready with the technology expertise and its advancements to deal with the well informed customers. Instead of cold calling, we could spend time in building relationships through influence and word of trust. You just have to create a better image in someone’s mind to influence his/her decision making in favor of you. And you should be ready for the challenges thrown at you. We can talk endlessly about our products and capabilities, but why is it for unless we are not able to connect our solutions to somebody’s problem. So better technique always would be to LISTEN and LISTEN the problems that your customers are facing and the STRUGGLES they are going through.
