Digimag was one of the most important international magazines focused on the impact of media technologies on art, design and contemporary culture. It was pubblished monthly by Digicult from January 2005 until March 2012, before becoming a Journal.
Based in Milan, it was for about 7 years one of the main online instruments that offered critical, up to date and useful informations about the digital art world. Digimag was self-produced by Digicult and was based on the voluntary participation of all of its’ authors. It produced more than 1000 articles, including interviews, reviews and essays from more than 100 authors worldwide.
Nowaday Digimag reborns as free digital publication, produced by Digicult as Epub, Moby and Pdf. Nowadays, it continues to be published as Digimag Journal, part of the international Leonardo Affiliate Program by MIT Boston.
