Razors Edge Motorsports and it’s parent company, Razors Edge Products, has a performance legacy that spans nearly two decades. By remaining sharply focused on customer service, Razors Edge has a number of innovative products that improve both handling and performance of your modern Mopar. Razors Edge Motorsports was founded in 2000 when Paul Riccio chose to apply his years of experience racing and tuning suspensions on AMA roadracing motorcycles and world class track cars for some of the most succesfull teams in history. The entire parts catalog showcases an impressive array of both chassis and suspension parts all developed from the knowledge gained through years of race track experience. Our in house engineers, using the latest design software and CAD data from the OE’s design parts and our in house fabricators take the time to make sure that every part not only looks “facotry” but offers superior performance. All Razors Edge parts are subject to extensive FEA (Finite Element Analysis) testing to insure you the consumer receives the best part money can buy. All proudly made here in the USA! CHASSIS COMPONENTS Strut Tower Brace The brace that started it all! Improve the handling of your car and increase the steering response too! This brace features the benefit of super tough 4130N Chro-moly alloy steel. This makes them more than twice as strong without adding any additional weight. If you’re looking for true race car performance and the best strength-toweight ratio this is the part for you! Our Strut Tower Bars are an easy, no-drill, installiation and come with all hardware needed. Following the success of our front strut tower braces, Razors Edge has once again engineered what you the customer have asked for. Our rear strut tower braces, available in four different styles, are built from 4130 Chro-moly tubing providing all of the chassis stiffening qualities you have come to expect. Powder coated in our customary texture black finish for a durable long lasting finish (custom colors available).

CHASSIS COMPONENTS Frame Connectors Another Razors Edge exclusive, we spent countless hours figuring out where the LX cars could benefit most from chassis stiffening. Here is the end result....Made from 4130 Chrome Moly tubing our Matrix Braces are specifically designed for the LX Chassis cars. It ties together the frame rails and the rear lower control arm mount and triangulates to the Tunnel Brace mount. Braces are powder coated for a long lasting finish. For maximum benefit these bars must be welded in. These are perfect for all cars, whether you’re a weekend warrior or have a serious car with high horsepower, sticky tires or competition suspension. Tunnel Braces - Transmission Cross Members

Razors Edge chassis tunnel brace is a direct replacement for the factory stamped steel unit. Our brace easily clears 3� exhaust and still has plenty of ground clearance for the lowest of cars. Our tunnel brace is also a perfect addition to our chassis matrix braces.

Transmission Cross Members Our new 4130 Chro-moly transmission cross members are designed to be stronger than stock yet still weighs 50% less at 3lbs compared to 6lbs and as a bonus allows more working room which allows removal of the transmission pan without removal of the brace. The Razors Edge cross member comes powder coated in our customary texture black for a tough long lasting finish and includes new bolts. Installation is simple and takes approximately 10 minutes.

CHASSIS COMPONENTS K-Member The front suspension cradle is obviously a critical component and we do not take the task of replacing the OEM part lightly – much less doing so while removing 50% of the weight! The experienced fabricators at Razors Edge have years of experience designing and making parts like this, but in this case they chose to supplement their practical knowledge with the same type of engineering analysis used by OEM engineers – namely Finite Element Analysis (FEA). FEA is a mathematical process by which a 3D CAD model of a component is divided into thousands of smaller elements which are then analyzed for stress in three dimensions. Like many other technical processes, what you get out of FEA is only as good as what you put in to it. Wanting to make sure that we subjected the K-member to forces beyond what it would ever see on the street, we used a 4800-pound Dodge Magnum for our model and subjected it to performance that would be seen by a top-level racing car on full racing slicks. Through a hard (3G) vertical bump, a 1.5G lateral turn, and braking to a stop at 1.2G deceleration, the virtual K-member was put through its paces. The results? Overall, a very strong showing for a component that weighs half as much as its OEM ancestor! Several areas were identified that could suffer from fatigue stress and minor changes were made to the Kmember design to address them. Very few other aftermarket manufacturers care enough to put this amount of resources towards ensuring the parts they sell will work as advertised. Motor Mounts

Razors Edge new solid motor mounts for the Dodge\Chrysler LX and LC vehicles. These mounts have been FEA tested at 1,000 lb\ft torque with a safety factor of 3 and have been rigorously track tested. Mounts come in a pair with all new mounting bolts and are powder coated in our customary black texture for a long lasting, durable finish. These mounts “make the throttle feel connected to the rear-end�.

Suspension Components Bump Steer Kits/Sway Bars Bump Steer Kits 306-5030: Bump Steer Kit for LX/LC Correct Your Bumpsteer with this Razors Edge Exclusive Bumpsteer Kit that features spherical rod-ends with tapered shafts for a hassle-free installation that requires no drilling of the spindle for fit. Recommended for all Mopar LX’s & LC’s especially lowered vehicles for easier alignments and a wider range of adjustments. Definition: Bumpsteer is a change in toe* angle caused by the suspension moving up or down. Bumpsteer is built into the geometry of the suspension and steering system, and has nothing to do with turning the steering wheel. The effect of bumpsteer is for the wheel to toe-in or toe-out when the suspension moves up or down. This toe change or steering occurs any time the suspension moves, whether it is from body roll, brakedive, or hitting a bump in the road. Bumpsteer is undesirable because the suspension is steering the car instead of the driver.

Adjustable Sway Bar Links Razors Edge has now come up with another great suspension upgrades for your Challenger and LX, the most overlooked component is the sway bar link. This simple component attaches to the suspension and promotes stabilizing or “planing-out” the vehicle in a turn. Did you know that the simplicity of this link can hurt your car’s performance? We have created a system replacing the fixed-length pogo stick configurations. The Razors Edge Adjustable Sway-Bar Link System provides the ability to easily adjust or tune the sway bar as part of the suspension system. The stabilizer-bar has been overlooked as a tunable component in the production-based suspension system due to the lack of an adjustable link. The OEMs recognize that it is important to have a sway bar for cornering stability. It is installed in the suspension system and sent down the assembly line. From personal investigations, the sway bar with fixed length links can induce a load into any two cross-corners of your vehicle. The ability to neutralize the sway bar in your suspension system is a great advantage to baseline, balance, and refines your vehicle’s handling characteristics. The Razors Edge Adjustable Sway-Bar System in not limited to road race cars. Anyone that has taken the time to upgrade their street car’s suspension should consider this product. Once again, knowing the influence of your sway bar on your suspension is as important on the street as it is on the track.

Control and Tention Arms

Front Adjustable Control Arms 306-UCAF: Front Control Arms These adjustable Upper Control Arms were designed to be an exact fitment with your vehicle, FEA tested to provide more strength than the OEM pieces, and provide a maximum range of adjustability for both camber and caster. We start with 4130 Chromoly tubing and add laser cut steel plate with CNC machined fatigue-resistant steel hardware. The assembly is then precision TiG welded in a custom fixture to ensure an exact fit every time. The threaded adjusters provide more than 4 degrees of camber adjustment while the caster shims can be relocated to fine-tune caster to your liking. They fit and work better than any other adjustable UCA on the market.

Rear Adjustable Control Arms 306-UCAR: Rear Control Arms These Adjustable Rear Control arms presented quite a design challenge for REM. Other solutions in the market offer standard threaded adjustments, but we knew the reason these lack durability is that the threaded portions are not loaded axially. As such, we set out to incorporate some technology developed while working with a GRAND-AM racing team on their LC race car - adjustment tabs. The arms are precision machined from 6061 billet aluminum and the tabs are laser-cut from steel plate for an exact fit. By changing out the tabs with different offsets, you can tune the alignment of your vehicle to suit your needs whether you’re trying to increase ore reduce camber. Rear Billet Tension Arms 306-RTA: Rear Tension Arms These 6061 aluminum tension arms are CNC cut from a single aluminum billet. FEA tested to withstand twice the load of the OEM pieces, they offer peace of mind in high-horsepower applications and can help reduce wheel-hop. Additionally, the 90 durometer Polyurethane bushings reduce flex in the joint and are designed to utilize maximum surface area in contact with the arm to ensure they’ll stand up to years of punishment at the track or on the street. Offering a XXX% weight reduction over the stock pieces with more strength and better performance makes these arms a great value.

Our RSD is made specifically for the Challenger with 3/8� ultralight MDF covered in black carpet. The front edge of the base piece is mitered for an smooth angle edge to resist wear and tear.
