ast year Sandra Koch took on the management of the back office. The 27-year-old Ms. Koch knows Euroblock (previously Heggenstaller) “like the back of her hand.” After all, she completed her training as industrial and marketing clerk in the com-

pany. Her duties are manifold.

Euroblock Journal: What is your task, and what is special in your new field of activity? SANDRA KOCH: I am responsible for key accounts in Germany, supervision of representatives and the back office organization. In addition, I act as the interface between the departments. For achieving the best sales results, resource planning presents a particular challenge. Euroblock Journal: After a stopover at another company, you came back to Euroblock. What were the main reasons for your decision? SANDRA KOCH: When the opportunity of taking on a senior position came up in 2013, my ambition was sparked. I look forward every day to working with my colleagues and our customers.

Euroblock Journal: What are the goals you‘ve set yourself at Euroblock? SANDRA KOCH: The ultimate goal is customer satisfaction. To achieve this goal, we work constantly on the optimization of our service quality. For me, that‘s an intriguing and important task, which I am completely dedicated to. Euroblock Journal: Where do you see the benefits of Euroblock products? SANDRA KOCH: Euroblock provides top quality on a justin-time level. MARKUS KUGLER: Together with our customers, developing an ideal pallet for the end customer and optimizing material usage presents me with quite an exciting challenge. I worked in the retail trade before, so the producing segment presents a special challenge to me.

Euroblock Journal: What made you opt for Euroblock as your employer? MARKUS KUGLER: It didn‘t take me long to make the decision. Euroblock is a healthy, future-oriented company with an agreeable and motivating working environment. The fact that I‘m close to where I live in Aichach is obviously another advantage.
