RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

CASA I.N.D. Casa I.N.D. it's a residential design, moving through the industrial styling, built it from an disuse storehouse. Structural elements are turned into showpieces, achieving a look that seems unfinished, yet cohesive and chic. Casa I.N.D. takes open concept living to the next level. The Furniture and accessories define most spaces and the purpose they serve. So a lot of thought goes into every little detail. In the design of Casa I.N.D. there is a lot of room for creating drama by contrasting high-gloss metal finishes with rustic or vintage cabinets, countertops and furniture. Form and function are both equally important considerations. Floor lamps and pendants are liberally used throughout industrial design spaces at Casa I.N.D. for focused lighting.

11

11

If there were one surface in such space that could be considered an industrial interior design definition, it would be the ceiling. That’s where the standout feature of this house style generally plays out. The delightful textural interplay of grainy, earthy wood and smooth, lustrous metal is a very important detail about Casa I.N.D. High walls in brick and concrete become an amazing feature in the re-styled space. This is a big bonus because it stands out as an eye-catching attribute that is a conversation piece. To keep true to the industrial feel, it’s been opt for polished concrete floors, fitting perfectly with the theme. Coarseness, imperfections and patches make little difference.

12

The Terrace, at the back of the house is an Industrial but cozy design as the rest of the house. The classy colour combinations have a bohemian edge, giving the home an effortlessly stylish look and feel. The design is very elegant but also immensely comfortable, with a casual informality reflective of the Gold Coast City lifestyle. The use of raw timber furniture and metallic pieces gives the space an earthy undertone. Beautiful pergola roof can extend the use of the veranda, blocking the intense sun. The structure also provides protection for the flowers. Comfortable to al. Extra pillow and quilted fabrics and special lamps are elements that enhance the practicality of the terrace. A table must always be nearby, so it can placed many books and glasses. A central point above the heads

This kind of bar it has been designed for an exterior activities- spot. As the bar gets dark at night, the colours has been chosen to stand - out from that dark nature, It’s been decided to chose a cold light on the 20feet ship countainer interior, meanwhile on the outside the exterior deck it’s showered for a warm light, in order to re-create a cozy-home backyard, making a lightning contrast seen from exteriors. The bar walls are defined for grafitti stickers and mate - brilliant wall finishes. The concrete floors finishes are painted with automotive painting, in order to create the brilliant and shiny finish. Pink Wood deck and ramp should be painted on latex mate paint for high traffic, as well it is recommended a high covering painting.

Ceilings has been inspired on serial planes patterns to let in the light in its shape, in order to add a dramatic natural effect, inside of the container ship. The pink structures over the bar are designed on gypsum material, painted on strong pink mate painting to create an avant-garde space. Led lightning and the build of big windows are crucial for this interior design. The 20feet container ship it’s been used without it’s ceiling, as it is split and use it as part of the floor in order to enlarge the space. Translucent Polycarbonate roof is used to make the light gets in as much as possible.

UNDER THE DRYER BEAUTY HAIR SALON The main materials used in this avant-garde style interior are the decorative plaster, plastic, textiles, suspended high ceilings, laminate, linoleum, etc. This Decor in the design's deprived of pretentiousness and ornate. They form characteristics of the sinous shapes it has. Colours in this beauty salon are characterized by two colours, in the most unusual combinations. The foundation is the laid-style light colours: white and pink. To this base some bright colors are added, in this case the glossy white colour, creating contrast in an unusual way as the floor and ceiling match to the walls. Furniture in this style of avant-garde interior is characterized by high functionality and have both clear rectangular and circular shapes.

The furniture combines metal, glass, painted wood. Abundance of light, which is provided by means of natural (due to the large window) and artificial lighting. Artificial lighting create a variety of the design solution. as a clean and futuristic environment. The design is inspired by creating micro-spaces inside a general space. Modular micro spaces are built by translucent polymethylmethacry structure. wich are shaped by an industrial process, giving the shape throguh a specialized mould built in hot temperature. Ceiling shapes are built by gypsum structure painted on pink mate colour.

31
