Step 1: Open the browser and enter the Juno site- "My Account." At there, enter your Juno ID into the "Member ID" field and your password at the required password field. In case if you forgot your password then click on the link "Click Here" which is next to the text of "Forgot your password."


Step 3: Now, click on the "Check Mail" by choosing the down arrow under the "Inbox" for receiving and downloading the new email messages from the Juno service and put them into the inbox. Step 4: Under the option of "Inbox," in the down arrow, click on the "Compose Email" button for writing a new email message. Once if you wrote the email, then click on the "Send" button to deliver the message.

4. To restore the email files, click on the Juno installation location. 5. Afterward, click on the specific user account, and then click the ‘Next.’ 6. From each data group, select the check box ahead. To recover your email messages back select the checkbox in front of "Email messages."


7. After that, click on "Contacts" and then click the "Next," and at last click "Finish."
