MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR The 2014 GCM Grad Book celebrates the achievements of over one hundred graduating students in the Class of 2014. The graduates spotlighted in this book have demonstrated endless enthusiasm and passion for our industry. They’ve spent the last four years focusing on prepress, printing and finishing, and learning everything they can about business and industry. They applied their knowledge through hands-on full-time internships, and many have worked part-time in industry while completing their studies with the support of dedicated GCM faculty and staff. I know that this year’s GCM graduates are enthusiastic, well-prepared and ready for great careers in the printing industries. To the graduates: the pages of this Grad Book celebrate the many great happenings at GCM. Through the power of print, these pages will make you smile today, next year, and again in ten, twenty or fifty years at the memories of people who work together as a team to make Ryerson such a great place to learn about our industry and develop a professional network. Thanks to the hard work of the entire Grad Book team. Putting together a complete book from concept and content through production is no small task. You’ve done an amazing job! We all know that GCM students are the best; this book just proves it! Thanks especially to the amazing employers, companies and industry partners who support the Ryerson GCM program in countless ways. Without the assistance of our wonderful industry, our students would not have the opportunities they enjoy. We really appreciate the employers who take the time to attend our annual GCM Job Fair to meet with potential interns and graduating students. Our program exists to serve our industry and the needs of society. Thanks for being such an amazing part of the GCM Family here at Ryerson.

Ian Baitz, Chair of GCM
