Stipendium für innovative Entrepreneure Scholarship for innovative entrepreneurs

as Continuing Education Center der Technischen Universität Wien und die Executive Academy der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien vergeben ein Stipendium für das Programm „Professional MBA Entrepreneurship & Innovation“. SUCCEED ist Partner bei diesem Stipendium. Das berufsbegleitende Programm mit dem Abschluss Master of Business Administration richtet sich sowohl an potenzielle Gründer, die innovative Ideen am Markt realisieren wollen, als auch an Personen aus bereits etablierten KMU oder größeren Unternehmen, die Innovationsmanagement in ihrer
Organisation verankern wollen. „Das Besondere an dem Programm ist, dass wir die Konzepte des Entrepreneurship und der Innovation miteinander verbinden, denn gutes Entrepreneurship ist ohne Innovation nicht denkbar und Innovation ist ohne Entrepreneurship nicht umsetzbar“, erklärt Lehrgangsleiterin Sabine Theresia Köszegi von der TU Wien. Der Lehrgang startet im Oktober 2014 und dauert vier Semester. „Der zeitliche Aufwand des Programms liegt je nach Vorbildung zwischen 12 und 17 Stunden pro Woche. Juni 2014 bewerben. Die Voraussetzungen für die Zulassung sind die gleichen wie bei der regulären Anmeldung. Lehrgangsleiterin Köszegi empfiehlt den Bewerbern, „gut zu begründen, warum wir das Stipendium genau an die Bewerberin oder den Bewerber vergeben sollten, und herauszustreichen, welche besonderen Vorteile mitgebracht werden, von denen auch die Gruppe profitieren kann“.
he Continuing Education Centre at the Vienna University of Technology and the Executive Academy of the Vienna University of Economics and Business are offering a scholarship for the Professional MBA Entrepreneurship & Innovation. SUCCEED is a partner of this scholarship. The part-time programme will result in presentation of a Master of Business Administration and is aimed at potential business founders wanting to bring innovative ideas to the market as well as businessmen and women from established SMEs and larger companies seeking to anchor innovation management within their organisation. “The special thing about the programme is that we combine the concepts of entrepreneurship and innovation because good entrepreneurship is unthinkable without innovation and innovation cannot be implemented without entrepreneurship”, explains the head of the course, Sabine Theresia Köszegi, from the Vienna University of Technology. The course starts in October 2014 and will last 4 semesters. “The time commitment required in the programme is between 12 and 17 hours per week, depending on past education. Every month there will be a 4-day module taught in-class in Vienna”, Köszegi says. In addition to the lectures, excursions and a study trip to the USA are planned. Potential candidates interested in the scholarship can apply up until 30 June 2014. The pre-requisites for acceptance are the same as those for the regular application. Course head Köszegi recommends that applicants “justify why we should give them the scholarship and emphasise any particular advantages the candidate can bring which will benefit the group as a whole”.
