Walking Directions Walking Directions from the Sheraton to Half Moone • Exit the Sheraton, turn LEFT, and walk towards Waterside Festival Marketplace. • Continue pass Waterside Festival Marketplace and pass Town Point Park on the LEFT. Please use the outer sidewalk along the park. • Turn LEFT at the stoplight at the intersection of Waterside Dr. & Main St.

Walking Directions from the Sheraton to Norfolk Scope • Exit the Sheraton, turn LEFT, and walk towards Waterside Festival Marketplace. • Turn RIGHT at the stoplight at the intersection of Waterside Dr. & Atlantic St. • Continue on Atlantic St. until the Bean There Café at the intersection of Atlantic St. & City Hall Ave. • Turn LEFT onto City Hall Ave. Take the next RIGHT onto Monticello Ave. • Continue on Monticello Ave. passing MacAuthur Center Mall on your right. • At the intersection of Monticello Ave. & Charlotte St., the Norfolk Scope will be in front of you. There are two staircase entrances to the Scope Plaza: one on Monticello Ave. and one on Charlotte St.

Transportation Options THERE ARE TWO COMPLIMENTARY TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS DOWNTOWN: T he NET – The Norfolk Electric Transit is a free shuttle bus providing stops along a 2.2-mile route throughout the downtown area. NET stops are displayed prominently throughout the city. Monday through Friday from 6:30am until 11:00pm. Weekend service is provided from noon until midnight on Saturdays and noon until 8:00pm on Sundays. F .R.E.D. – Free Ride Every Day! F.R.E.D. is a battery-operated golf cart able to carry up to 5 passengers. It operates Monday – Thursday: 7:30am - 10pm; Friday: 7:30am – Midnight; Saturday: 11am - Midnight.; Sunday: 10am - 7pm. 35th Annual Norfolk Harborfest

®

Harborfest® is three days of free entertainment, electrifying fireworks display, and the biggest outdoor dock party in Hampton Roads! Tall Ships are coming to Norfolk, Virginia! Come enjoy this annual outdoor festival at Town Point Park with fireworks, live music and great food. Over 20 ships from countries around the world including Italy, Brazil, Ecuador, Spain and the Netherlands are invited to Norfolk’s waterfront every year for this spectacular event. The weekend festivities include over 130 hours of live entertainment on multiple stages, featuring national, regional and local musical acts, Battleship USS Wisconsin, Tall Ship Tours, fireworks, pirates, DockDogs, Virginia Wine sampling, The Ultimate Build a Boat and more! Stroll down the docks of Town Point Park and visit aboard tall ships, character vessels, and admire the craftsmanship of antique and classic wooden boats. Tall ships are open for visitation during certain times for guests to walk aboard the decks and meet sailors from around the world on Saturday and Sunday.
