Installs practically anywhere Not all lifts are the same. A conventional lift is difficult and expensive to install – it has a cabin, is operated by cables and requires a space consuming shaft with a machine room and a safety pit beneath it. In contrast, a Gartec Home Lift does not require an existing shaft, pit or machine room. Instead, all the machinery is self-contained within the built-in shaft which makes the installation much simpler. In essence, it can be installed practically anywhere, with minimal disruption.

Gartec Home Lifts
Quick and easy installation Whether you are planning a new-build or updating your existing home, all you need is a minimum available floor area of 910 x 870mm; sufficient space to install the Aritco 4000. Or, if you are planning to make a grand design statement, you might choose the Aritco 6000 with a choice of eight different size configurations. The lift is usually fitted within a floor recess of just 50mm, although this is not essential as a ramped entrance can be provided. Since all Gartec Home Lifts are supplied as integrated units, on site construction work is kept to a minimum. This makes the installation exceptionally quick and easy and this is the key reason why Gartec Home Lift installations are complete within just two days, from start to finish. If you have room for an extra cupboard or wardrobe, you probably have room for a Gartec Home Lift and your home could have more style, luxury and comfort in no time at all!

Glass is increasingly popular to building designers, with some of the most striking modern homes incorporating it in new and exciting ways. By specifying the home lift with 2.5m high glazed shaft panels, to coin a phrase, you too can see the light.
A choice of 11 platform sizes: from the compact 805 x 580mm, up to the impressive 1000 x 1980mm. Gartec will advise you which size is most suited to your own personal criteria.
Flexible access To utilize your space efficiently, entrances can be designed to allow access to the lift on three sides. As standard, Gartec Home Lifts are supplied with glass panel doors and the frames powder coated to a white finish. To aid user access, all doors are fitted with self-closing mechanisms.
Helpful design features Safety is of course, paramount to us. Gartec Home Lifts include standard safety features such as battery backup lowering which, in the event of a power cut, allows the user of the lift to release themselves without the need to call an additional service.
