Tuesdays, 7:00pm - 8:15pm $25 per drop-in/ $120 for series 6-Week Series: 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25 6-Week Series: 4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29, 5/6 6-Week Series: 6/17, 6/24, 7/1, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22 This series is designed to make you feel your best. Using a combination of powerful yoga poses, body weight exercises, and heart pumping, gentle-on-the-joints cardio moves, you will discover the way to YOUR best. Redefine what it means to feel healthy in your body. You will finish the series with take home routines to keep the momentum going on your own at home. This series is absolutely welcome to any guy who is looking to go for it. Come expecting to work hard, play hard, and get great results. From “brand new, I don’t know the difference between a down dog and a hot dog” beginners, to more experienced practitioners, everyone will be challenged and invited to make the hard work fun. There is nothing healthier than being able to move and control your own body. Come learn tools that will last you a lifetime as you step into a brand new you. Jay, E-RYT 500, is a Kripalu certified teacher and teacher trainer. He began his yoga journey in 2000 after a lifetime of sports and movement. His classes are geared towards discovering a sense of play on and off the mat.

YOGA is, overall, one of the best natural systems for stress reduction. Join this series to learn yogic techniques for managing stress and its triggers. This interactive session format includes discussion, grounding movement, breathing practices, deep relaxation, and calming mindfulness exercises to easily integrate into your busy day. Each session concludes with a guided deep relaxation so you leave prepared for peaceful rest. Tam Terry, E-RYT, has taught yoga since 2003, is Sr. Trainer, Bright Spirit Teacher Training, and is certified in Restorative & Therapeutic Yoga. She offers a heart-centered, breath based practice to help students discover their connection to the peace that resides within.
