To help in detoxifying, a person has to engage in regular exercise like walking. To flush the toxins inside the body, more water is needed. Also, green food supplements, multivitamins and digestive enzymes are also to be consumed during the 4 week detox. Although this kind of diet is proven to be effective, there are some people who find it hard to follow the diet. This is mainly because of the limited food choices. For those who regularly consume caffeine, animal products and less of the fiber rich foods, the change in diet may sometimes lead to exhaustion. Since it takes a little while to get used to the new foods that you will have to consume, the diet also requires that you are focused and determined to continue with the program. This is needed if you really want to get the most out of the detox plan. This withdrawal feeling is hardest during the first days of the program but once you get to adjust to the new diet and see the changes in your health, you can prove that it really works in cleansing your body.
