Led by our dedicated Concierge Service Manager, our team provides consummate property care—proactively attending to the routine check-ups, seasonal tasks, emergency support and fine tuning necessary to keep your home’s systems and fixtures in excellent working order.
Everything will be scheduled and taken care of for you, all made more efficient by our in-depth understanding of your home’s sophisticated systems, bespoke characteristics, and maintenance requirements.
Work is performed by the same subcontractors and vendors who build our projects, or by equivalent trusted, prequalified support who match our standards for service, efficiency and attention to detail.
All this ensures you a seamless transition from construction to move-in to dwelling, and an incomparable level of ongoing service.
Before your kick-off meeting the Concierge Service Manager will visit your property and draft a menu of services relevant to its unique infrastructure and systems for discussion.
Your annual program fee will be determined by the services you select. For all additional or one-time services, such as small projects and improvements, you will be provided an estimate and schedule for approval.
