Donald Flatt Donald has lived and worked in the area all of his life and established Flatt & Mead in 1971. The first office was Tring and by the time the business was sold to General Accident in 1986 there were 16 offices from London to Oxford. Donald re-established in 1992 and once again the first office was Tring. Donald is also well known in the area as an auctioneer, having owned Berkhamsted Auction Rooms for many years. Donald specialises in new developments and advising in respect of brown field sites, barn conversions, residential developments and the commercial selling and letting of shops, offices and industrial units.

James Page James Page has also lived and worked in the area all his life. Educated at Berkhamsted School, the town in which he now lives, James brings great commitment and experience to the firm, having previously excelled in the very demanding market of Gerrards Cross and Beaconsfield. No stranger to the importance and demands of the London buyer, James has a keen understanding of the sales and marketing process.

Jill Collinge Jill Collinge has been the backbone of the Tring office for 10 years. As the term implies, ‘Cottages & Country’ houses are quite often found in rural areas, but not exclusively.
