TERMS AND PAYMENT
Orders must be submitted with a valid credit card or must be prepaid with a secure payment link that we will provide. We do not accept checks. Net 30 terms may be available on a very limited, case by case basis and approval is required. If Net 30 terms are granted we will require a credit card that will be securely stored and charged at the time the payment is due. We will not grant Net terms without having a valid credit card on file.
RETURNS
Returns cannot be processed without prior authorization. Requests for returns must be submitted within 60 days from the date of receipt. All returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
SHIPPING
All deliveries originate from Brooklyn, NY, under FOB terms. Orders are handled and dispatched in the sequence they are received. While lead times may fluctuate, please allocate 1-2 days for order processing and anticipate a transit period of 3-5 business days.
FORCE MAJEURE
APOTHEKE shall not be liable for any damages as a result of any delays caused by acts of God, fire, accident, strike, terrorism, delay in transportation, acts in compliance with applicable laws, or any other causes beyond APOTHEKE’s reasonable control.
BACK ORDERS
We will back order out-of-stock SKUs immediately unless otherwise specified.
INSPECTION AND REPLACEMENT
The buyer is required to conduct a thorough inspection of all received goods within 7 business days. If any defects are identified, we kindly request that photos are provided for our assessment. Following our review of the photos, we will make a determination regarding the eligibility for replacements.

TESTERS
You have the option to buy one tester at 50% off the wholesale unit cost for each fragrance you order. However, please note that excessive tester orders may be subject to cancellation.
RESALE CERTIFICATE
Resale certificates may be required upon request.
REGIONAL EXCLUSIVITY
We offer regional (zip code) exclusivity once a Buyer has met and maintained a minimum of $5,000 in wholesale sales on a semi-annual basis. If zip code exclusivity is granted, we will not open any other resale accounts within a 5-mile radius from the Buyer’s store location in suburban areas and a half-mile radius in more densely populated areas.*
For a new store to be considered for regional exclusivity, the opening order must be a minimum of $2,000. In order to maintain exclusivity, a Buyer must purchase a minimum of $5,000 of APOTHEKE products at wholesale prices every six months. If a Buyer falls below the minimum during that time frame, they will lose exclusivity of that zip code. If granted exclusivity of a zip code, the Buyer enters into this exclusivity status with knowledge that there also may be previous APOTHEKE resellers within that zip code.

OUR FIRST PRICE INCREASE FOR THESE PRODUCTS IN FOUR YEARS
The continued rise in the cost of raw materials, components, shipping, manufacturing, and labor has necessitated an increase in the retail price on our core Charcoal and Signature Collection 10.5 oz. Classic Candles and 26 oz. 3-Wick Candles by $2 each, thereby increasing the wholesale cost per unit by $1 for each product.
