All Confirmation Paperwork -Confirmation Record Form -Sponsor Eligibility Form -Saints name paper -Letter to the Pastor

Confirmation Interview and Exam

TBD – Notification will be sent as soon as dates are provided by the Diocese.

Forms distributed at the Confirmation meeting on either 9/19/13 or 9/21/13. They can also be downloaded from the Confirmation page of the parish website.

RE students will be assigned a time during class time for the interview.
