The programme covers all basic topics covered in the team member training in more detail, then builds on this knowledge by developing an understanding in: • How to instigate, assist, manage & lead Lean changes within your organisation • How to create a lean team culture and use Key Performance Indicators to measure success. • Improving flow and problem solving using lean tools and techniques • Understanding methods of improving manufacturing processes • Rapid change over techniques • Total productive maintenance (TPM) • Failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA)
