Deep Water Challenge
Non-impact, vigorous deep-water aerobics in the competition pool. Deep-water flotation devices and resistance equipment provided. Monday, Wednesday, 6:05-7 p.m.
Shallow Water Aerobics
Low-impact, cross training class in the leisure pool that combines kick boxing, water walking, yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi. Water shoes are recommended. Monday-Thursday, 7:05-8 p.m.
Water Aerobics
Designed at a slightly slower pace compared to other classes in the competition pool. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10 a.m.

LEARN TO SWIM The Red Cross has developed swimming lessons for kids and adults that allow everyone the opportunity to learn in a safe environment, at their own pace. Available across the country, Learn-toSwim classes are taught by certified, knowledgeable and caring instructors who can help swimmers at every level feel comfortable in the water and progress to the next level.
