FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

Our personal trainers provide customized fitness programs for one-on-one training.

A fitness assessment is the recommended starting point for any fitness or weight-loss program. It is used to gauge your current fitness level, identify any health problems that may manifest during exercise, and set benchmark “before measurements to compare against future measurements as you progress.

All ages (14+) and all fitness levels Packages start at $200 per month

In addition to exercise prescription and instruction, our trainers motivate clients by setting goals, providing feedback, and encouraging accountability. Services include weight loss programs, building lean muscle mass, post-physical therapy rehab, increasing bone density, restoring range of motion, senior fitness, and more.

$50 per member $53 non-members

If you choose to purchase a personal training session package, the results of this assessment will assist your personal trainer in developing your customized workout plan.

WEIGHT ROOM ORIENTATIONS

Packages consist of half-hour or one-hour personal training sessions that meet one, two, or three days per week based on fitness goals and motivational levels.

A certified personal trainer will administer a short questionnaire to help establish your goals, expectations, as well as discuss any health issues that need special attention.

NORTH LAKES CHILD CARE

Upon completion, you may purchase another or choose single-session assessments to track progress and set new targets.

After the questionnaire has been completed and reviewed, your personal trainer will take measurements such as body weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, basal metabolic rate, metabolic age, visceral fat, resting heart rate, circumference measurements, cardio respiratory endurance, flexibility, and sub-maximal strength tests.
