mechanical/plumbing/electrical system consists of 60,000 gallon fuel oil tanks, 2 of 60,000 gallon profane gas tanks, 5 boilers, 5 chillers, 7 of 3000 hp emergency generator, substations, transformers, synchrogears, main electrical panels, medi-gas tanks, cooling tower and all related pipes and equipments. Communicate with OSHPD Fire Marshall, Area Compliance Officer and District Structural Engineer of OSHPD; and per title 24requirement, under the direction of architect, I report to architect, engineers, construction managers, owners by daily report, deficiency notice and Non Compliance Notice and phone call and e-mail and conversations in proactive manner for the protection of the owner. Any deficiency/Non Compliance Notice is also notified to contractor; and manage the deficiency log. Per the title 24 requirements, monitor all specialty inspectors and ditch the inspectors and review the test results from lab and report to architect/engineers if any deficiency is found.
