Many times, we are most at peace when the proportions of our walking and our waiting are balanced. Too much aimless sitting around, and we lose a sense of purpose. Too much activity and work, and we burn out because we lose focus and forget why we are doing any of it. Much music seems to reflect on these two stations in life as well. We believe a good program should also reflect on these two areas, so this evening, you'll hear from both camps--some songs about waiting, pondering and introspection, and other songs representing the walk--energizing, inspirational and even entertaining! We hope they all serve you well.
