U.S. Army All-American Marching Band For the first time ever, MENC teamed up with the U.S. Army, SportsLink, Drum Corps International, DeMoulin and numerous other sponsors to create the nation’s top honor for high school marching band musicians: the U. S. Army All- American Marching Band. On January 5, 2008, 93 of the finest high school senior marching musicians from across the country and 28 All-Texas Color Guard members performed at the U.S. Army AllAmerican Bowl in San Antonio, Texas. SportsLink, the producers of the U.S. Army AllAmerican Bowl, traveled the U.S. during the fall of 2007 to publicly recognize each musician who was selected for this honor. Army representatives presented a signature Bowl jacket and an official
Invitation to each student in a special ceremony. Dye Sublimation Transfer is a process where you use an image that has been created digitally either by scanning or downloading a photograph or graphics created in imaging software, and then printing this image using special inks. The image is then placed under a heat transfer press on top of the fabric until the ink turns to a gas and transfers the image onto the surface. When done correctly, it will not wash out or come off during the cleaning process or during normal wear. It’s a great way to add extremely creative elements to your DeMoulin uniform.

Dry Clean Only Uniform Information
•G arments made from 100% polyester - these fabrics are VISA® treated and contain soil release agents to aid in the removal of stubborn stains and soil from normal use. Garments should be machine washed in cold water and dried on a gentle cycle. •S mall washer and dryer loads are recommended as colors will stay set much longer under proper washing conditions. Wash only a few uniforms at one time and use cool or normal settings for drying. Polyester fabrics will generally stay relatively wrinkle free if cared for in this manner. Any velcro closures should be sealed before garments are placed in washer or dryer units. A good portion of the velcro will definitely cause abrasion and will pick surrounding fabrics if not secured properly. •B aldrics and gauntlets are generally made from special fabrics that must be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry. Sequin products should be washed as little as possible and should always be hand washed using cool water. •S pandex or elasticized products can be washed and laid flat to dry. Never place these items in an industrial dryer unit as the elasticity will be removed over time. •S tains on both jackets and trousers should be removed immediately with water or mild detergents such as Woolite or other non-chlorine stain removers. •A lways wash all whites together and all dark colors separately as well. •D o not use spray perfumes or hair spray near sequin products as it will remove the delicate finish leaving a rough film on the surface of those materials. •G arments should always be stored in a well ventilated area and damp or wet garments should never be enclosed in a garment bag, especially vinyl or plastic garment covers. •D o not, under any circumstances, iron or press delicate fabrics such as sequin, metallic or any lamé fabric.

Financing How To Get Started With Your New DeMoulin Uniform Purchase By contacting a DeMoulin factory trained representative, you can begin the design process and will have access to online communication with your local representative and with our national sales office. Your DeMoulin sales representative is a professional, full-time service representative who can help in determining types of fabrics, trims and styles to suit your uniform needs. •T he first step is to obtain information about your needs and your preferences for materials, design, necessary quantities, etc. Our representative will develop a colorful art rendering of your idea on location via laptop computer with you and your committee members. •A sample uniform can be manufactured within a 21 day time period for your approval. This sample can serve as a pilot for the prospective order, and will establish the quality standard for evaluation. • If the order is submitted for competitive bidding, DeMoulin will prepare a total package of construction and manufacturing standards for all vendors to follow. These standards will be at your request for quality and Superior construction. All specifics and details relating to the fabrics, trims and accessory products will be specified. •A fter a decision is made concerning the purchase, you can expect delivery to be approximately 120 to 150 days from the date all order details are completed and a purchase order or 1/3 deposit is received. DeMoulin will make special allowances for deliveries in a shorter window of time whenever possible. •A ll measurements, approvals and necessary paperwork can be completed in one day by your DeMoulin representative. •Y our official school purchase order or cash deposit will place your order into the production schedule at DeMoulin. You will receive written confirmation of your new order and the delivery agreed upon.
