Today I discovered a new place in Crossroads Mall called FYI. This place is a dessert paradise with great tasting low fat frozen yogurt with over 40 toppings to choose from. Some of the 40 toppings that are included are fruit, candy, nuts, granola and much, much more Some favorites that I tried today were yellow cake and vanilla flavor. I topped my frozen yogurt with tons of strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, pineapple, raspberries, and pecans. Not only was it healthy (which just means I can eat more), but tasted oh so good. I can tell you with complete honesty that I will be coming back here a lot. I even asked for some holiday flavors like eggnog and creme de menthe which were great.

Imagination is the name of the game, so go crazy when you stop in. See what different flavor combinations you can come up with. There is no limit to what creations you can make and only your taste buds will be the judge. With so many possibilities you will just want to keep coming back. Remember when you do, tell them RX sent ya *go crazy was for entertainment purpose but not literary go crazy.

“Up All Night,” created by Emily Spivey (NBC’s “Parks and Recreation” and “Saturday NighLive”) and executive produced by Lorne Michaels (NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” and “30 Rock”) is an irreverent look at modern parenthood through the eyes of a career-minded, Generation X couple who enjoyed a very extended adolescence. Christina Applegate (“Samantha Who?”) stars as Reagan Brinkley, a former TV producer who is still adjusting to motherhood. Having successfully balanced her roles as career woman, loving wife and new mom, Reagan decides to take a break from working to be the stay-at-home parent as her husband, Chris (Will Arnett, “Arrested Development”), begins his new business venture. In addition to this restructuring, Reagan must also tend to the needs of her best friend, Ava (Maya Rudolph, “Saturday Night Live,” “Bridesmaids”), who is coping with the recent cancellation of her talk show. NEED TO KNOW

ROCK & ROLL H.O.F. 2013 By Izzy Presley The Rock & Roll HOF class of 2013 will be inducted on 4/18/13 and will be aired on HBO the following month. This year, the Hall worked towards fixing their tarnished image by finally inducting a band that had been forever snubbed, and that band is RUSH.

Other hard rock bands that continue to be looked over are;

Prog fans and Dungeon & Dragon’s players rejoiced when it was announced that the Canadian trio made the cut and will be inducted into the “hallowed halls” of the Hall, but it is long over due.

of course KISS, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, and the one and only Motörhead, but for now those are only pipe dreams as there are too many more Rolling Stone favorites and corporate shills to put in.

With RUSH, you will also see Heart, Donna Summer, Randy Newman, Albert King, Lou Adler, and Quincy Jones, along with Public Enemy.

Let us just enjoy the fact that the Hall got it right, sort of, for one year along with their token rap group. Not high five worthy, but a have hearted mid five will suffice.

Heart was also a deserving candidate considering they are one of the only relevant hard rock bands featuring not only a female vocalist, but a female guitar player. Hold on, don’t get your underoos in a bunch. I’m not saying that girls can’t rock, I am just saying the relevance and career of Heart and The Wilson sisters is much greater than nearly all female rockers. One of the major snubs in this year’s class is one of the forefathers of hard rock and heavy metal, Deep Purple. The impact that Purple has had on the history of hard rock can be heard everyday in every single guitar store when a kid picks up a guitar and starts playing “Smoke on the Water”, but it runs deeper than that with the impact John Lord had on music with his powerful organ.

The World Didn’t End

Posted by Mike Bryant December 22, 2012 10:34 AM http://stcloud.legalexaminer.com There was a lot of talkt yesterday about the end of the world. There seemed to be four groups: 1) Those who seemed to kind of believe it. They figured something would happen and that there would be a group of suicides or maybe even a bomb dropped. It might have even been the second coming as the four horsemen of the apocalypse came riding in. 2) Those who simply didn’t want to talk about it. They had theories such as that the calendar was already off from leap year days and there was no way it could be real. 3) The group who made fun of it. They may have been a little into the other two groups, but in the end they used it to scare people and get a laugh. 4) Those who ignored it or didn’t accept anything as possible. I think there were times when I was a little in each group. I did wake up this am thinking :Well looks like we are all clear”. But I expected that to be the case and had been buying presents and making plans to go to work later in the week already. No matter what group you are in , this is really a great opportunity to make a restart. Think about what it would be like if you had been reborn this am and had a chance to let the past go. In many ways yesterday could have ended the world for almost anything that you are done with in your life. Today could be a brand new day and a brand new start. It is a socially acceptable chance at a new start .
