More than 40 educational sessions were offered throughout GCC, with topics ranging from financial help to recruitment tips to social media.

To qualify for the Regional Vice President position, members may now reside within a reasonable distance outside of any border of the region and in the case of a RVP vacancy, PVPs may officially appoint an interim RVP who resides outside of the region. Many ritual changes also will go into effect with publishing of the 2011 Ritual Book.
