Incoming Exchange Business Account Manager JOB OVERVIEW: Business Account Managers (BAMs) are determined and passionate individuals with excellent communication skills. BAMs are at the forefront of AIESEC’s campaign to establish itself as the premier source for international youth talent in London’s business community. Their daily functions range from working with corporate leaders to hiring and integrating interns from abroad. BAMs ensure that AIESEC continues to offer amazing opportunities to young people around the world and to businesses here in London. As a BAM, you will have complete autonomy to create and manage relationships within a given industry (see “Portfolio Structure” chart below). You will report to the Directors of Sales, Business Development, and Operations. You will also work with the Vice President on portfolio goals and professional development. Areas of focus for the year are strategic partnerships and growth-focused networking. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES •

Attend weekly team meetings and monthly General Assemblies Have fun with our trainees!

PRE-SALE RESPONSIBILITIES: • •

Pitch AIESEC to organizations as the human resource solution for global youth talent to create internships Establish and maintain relationships within the London business community through: o Cold and warm calls o Individual networking o Networking events o Formal and casual meetings

POST-SALE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fulfill all of AIESEC’s responsibilities to the company you have signed on as a client • Create a shortlist of interns • Facilitate all necessary documentation for both parties (the intern and the company) • Set and implement timelines for both parties to follow • Find accommodations for the intern and help him/her settle into London • Schedule check-in meetings with the company during the internship

Successful Business Account Managers will gain experience in sales, account management, entrepreneurship. You will also gain vast insight into the field of human resources, establish networks within the Ontario business community and develop technical proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel and myaiesec.net (AIESEC’s intranet).
