New eat well food court and weekend schedule has exhibitors, healthy food establishments, expert speakers and sponsors excited about all the possibilities DELRAY BEACH, FL – WellFest Delray 2014 is surpassing all expectations. The event, which will be held the weekend of March 8-9 at various Delray Center for the Arts locations, as well as the nearby Hyatt Place hotel, has attracted the attention of many. These include a range of wellness businesses who have already booked space for the expo in the Vintage Gym, as well as a growing number of healthy food establishments who will be part of the new Eat Well Food &Beverage Court. In addition, Hyatt Place Delray will be hosting the Expert Speaker sessions and supporting the event as the exclusive hotel/hospitality Sponsor. Attendance is expected to be large as Delray Beach is both an active lifestyle community and a leading vacation destination during the winter months. “This is really getting exciting,” said Sandra Tribioli, the Director of the new Food & Beverage Court. “The energy and enthusiast continues to grow as new names are added, including DIG, 50 Ocean, Papas Tapas, The Garden of Vegan, The Olive Taste and many others who will be named soon.” WellFest Delray 2014 is all about connecting with the growing number of Delray residents and visitors who identify with a healthy lifestyle. This important event, now in its second year, is focused on educating, informing, motivating and inspiring attendees to stay fit, eat well, take care of their mind and body, think green and pass it on to friends and family. “We’re excited to again be a part of WellFest! There is a certain “health-minded” quality to many of the people of South Florida and events such as WellFest are great avenues for those who are seeking providers and practitioners that are on the cutting edge of health and wellness. As the Official Team Chiropractor of the FAU Owls, I am excited to add my expertise to the wealth of knowledge that will be available to the public,” stated Dr. Hessam Khatami of Atlantic Grove Chiropractic, the exclusive Chiropractor on day one of the 2014 event. Supporting the effort to inform and educate

a public, eager to take positive steps with their lives and the lives of friends and family, will be the impressive Delray Beach Public Library system, The Library will be a WellFest Delray 2014 Sponsor, helping to promote books, videos and other content on WellFest-oriented topics to the community. “It’s amazing to think that the event debuted on a Thursday in March 2013 and now we’re looking at holding a significantly larger event just one year later,” stated Bob Lipp, the event creator. “Frankly, I’m not surprised at the enthusiasm, but delighted none-the-less that so many businesses, organizations and local residents have come forward to be a part of enhancing the WellFest Delray experience.” Delray Beach was chosen as the perfect place to launch WellFest, based on the community’s feel good vibe and substantial health and fitness-oriented business infrastructure. Lipp and his team hope to build a “wellness-oriented” lifestyle into the Delray brand, something that he believes can be accomplished inpart with WellFest Delray. “A wellness-branded Delray can help to attract like-minded businesses to our area for a potential headquarters or regional office,” adds Bob. Of course we’ll also welcome them here to hold their meetings or to sponsor events like WellFest.” Lipp is not alone in that belief and has enlisted the services and expertise of former mayor Jeff Perlman, who is consulting on WellFest Delray. “WellFest Delray 2014 will be the next big step in what we believe will become a yearly tradition in Delray, added Perlman. “With its year round temperatures that favor an active lifestyle, Delray has always attracted sports, exercise and fitness enthusiasts. Plus many of our restaurateurs and chefs are promoting healthier eating, which is why the new Eat Well Food & Beverage Court at WellFest Delray is a win-win.” For further information, visit www. or contact Sandra@, or
