SUPPLIES Fresh flowers (I used ranunculus and freesias) Glass jar Ribbon Scissors DIRECTIONS This is a quick and inexpensive arrangement, perfect for May Day. Fill your jar with water. Cut a few blooms so they sit around the mouth of the jar and hang over. The rest of the flowers can be cut to fill the center space and should be slightly taller than those flowers sitting around the edge but not so high that you see the stems. Use as many flowers as is necessary to fill the jar. Tie a bow around the jar, place the arrangement on your neighbor’s porch, and you’re sure to brighten their day! SPRING 2013
